General • I keep having to rebuild indexes constantly. Also, I keep needing to have to Okay everytime I launch

Been having some issues with Everything for a couple of months or so:

• Constantly have to keep rebuilding my index
  Everything keeps launching User Access Control every time I launch from the task bar, so I keep having to click Yes, ever time I launch it.

I'm using Version 1.4.1.1-24 (x64) on latest Win 10 update. Never ever had any issues with Everything until these problems started.
