If an attacker can make IPC requests to Everything then your system is already compromised.

Ah, well, I thought as much, but since you went to the trouble of making a whole separate Lite version to lock down these features, I figured maybe it's important. (and I assume I only need to edit the Everything-1.5a.ini file in C:\ProgramFiles, since the one in %appdata% doesn't have any ipc=1 entry to begin with.)
